that's the chinese restaurant in Lansdowne. It's just a regular Cantonese restaurant. You know what to expect.

The Chinese name is "Gum Yu Yee".

Their dimsums are okay, better than average...
However, they used to be a bit better couple years back...

I also wonder why the quality of the products you sold were not consistent either.

I went with my family to have dim sum last week. When we got to the restaurant, we were seated by the rude & unhappy hostess. Within a minute, the waiter came over and checked with us the type of tea we would like. Then, we started ordering and food came very fast. Frankly speaking, the food was very good, especially the yummy beef meat balls. The servers were OK but not outstanding. The ambiance of the restaurant was good with the simple & classic decor. After one hour and a half, we requested for our bill. It was not exaggerated to say that it took 25 minutes to get the bill. Since we were in a rush, we paid at the counter. Surprisingly, the cashier was putting the nail polish with her nails and she was so rude to give the change back to us. I definately would not come back again with that type of customer service.

I'd like to make some comment, but then
the topic will be spammed and wasted with non-related issues
