MLS.ca is the official one from Real Estate Borad. I won't say craigslist is a "reliable" site.

银行贷款一般都只做arm length sales

lisnt 在 MLS 出售 arm length sales的机会大好多

Part of the mortgage lender's accessment (to see if you are qualified for the house/townhouse, etc. you are pursuing) is to be able to provide an MLS posting with the house/townhouse you are purchasing with the MLS number on it.

Without MLS, you may be rejected/refused outright due to shady transaction concerns.

never heard of it, done a lot of appraisals for private sale properties in the last few years, looks like buyers can get financing
