【明報專訊】據中新社報道：中國總理溫家寶近日在一次講話中直指「誠信的缺失、道德的滑坡已經到了何等嚴重的地步」，引發中國內地輿論廣泛關注。

溫家寶日前在同國務院參事和中央文史研究館館員座談時指出，當前文化建設特別是道德文化建設，同經濟發展相比仍然是一條短腿。舉例來說，近年來相繼發生「毒奶粉」、「瘦肉精」、「地溝油」、「彩色饅頭」等事件，這些惡性的食品安全事件足以表明，誠信的缺失、道德的滑坡已經到了何等嚴重的地步。

《人民日報》19日刊載題為《如何才能催生道德血液》的文章指出，從經濟角度看，違法成本的高低，往往決定?守法者的多寡。文章強調，「企業道德的血液，從來不是與生俱來的，只有嚴格執法才能迫使企業遵紀守法。一些國家的天價罰單告訴我們，監管不嚴、處罰過輕、違法成本過低，非改不可。」

《人民日報》海外版當天亦發表文章《用法治堤壩阻擋道德滑落》。該文認為，在法治不完善的環境下來談道德的提升是奢侈的。「法治的缺失極大地損害了社會道德文化，令社會失去方向，民眾失去信心。」

《中國青年報》19日也發表了《總理講話引發思考如何止住道德滑坡》、《公德式微時如何挽救人心》等文章。前文強調「要把依法治國和道德建設緊密結合起來，才能止住道德的滑坡。」而後者則將問題的解決更多寄望於「教育」，文章認為：「孔夫子選擇教育，作為他那個時代對抗禮崩樂壞、人心不古問題的武器。而在今天，制度之外，教育仍然是最為根本的途徑。」

Let most people get educated is a way, but it doesn't necessarily promote the standard.

Many of my uncles who have little/no eductation get real high ethnics, but some of friends who are well ed have it the other way...

講真，你問我嘅話，我會答你呢個係死症，基本上無得醫。是關自毛賊用文革徹底毀滅中國人嘅傳統道德鄰里觀念之後，well，啲道德觀念都無晒喇，咁仲可以點？

或者有人問，十三憶人裡面，總有啲有返多少道德掛？又或者年年咁多海歸回國，佢地唔會帶返啲文明返來咩？對此我會好悲觀咁話，會係會，但呢啲人數實在太少，而且當一個有文明、有道德嘅人生活響中國大陸呢個已經完全扭曲嘅社會裡面，佢有文明、有道德都要變成不文明同無晒道德。事關文明同道德係一套需要有返咁上吓多人先至會 work 嘅系統。當你自己一個人守秩序、有禮貌、去排隊嘅時候，其他人就個個爭先恐後、打晒尖咁去搶，咁你自己仲邊度有得食、有得用、有得買？你去繼續守秩序、講道德嘅時候，你早已經無法響個社會上生存落去。要生存響呢個扭曲嘅國度裡面，你自己亦必須要瘋狂先至能夠 survive。

當然，要改變並唔係無辦法，只不過可行嘅辦法往往會需要翻天覆地、巨大嘅衝擊來作為轉捩點。歷史話俾我地聽，當一個朝代佢腐敗不堪，國家要再復興起來往往係要靠一個有改朝換代之能嘅大事去引發。

我唔係話翻天覆地、巨大嘅衝擊就一定要共產黨倒台。當然，佢倒台嘅話絕對有可能會為道德淪亡呢個問題造成轉捩點，但其實亦可能有其他辦法，只不過係區區在下嘅眼光同見識實在太淺薄，無能力跳出自己嘅思想框框之外。而其實，能夠成為世界巨輪轉捩點嘅事情，又有幾多係普通人能夠預見到嘅呢？
