Hi guys
Planning to trade my rogers capativate with a used unlocked nexus one ?
Is nexus one running 2.3.3 better perform than my capativate running 2.2 ?
Should I keep my capativate or trade for a Nexus one ??
Please shed some light for me.作者: pkphilip 時間: 2011-4-24 22:15
A fair comparison would be the Nexus S to the Captivate. The Nexus One has 1 year older HW than the Captivate. I will take the Captivate any time because it has better screen, better processor (more efficient) and better graphic power.
I am running Gingerbread (CM7) on my Nook Color, I don't see anything practical that GB has that Froyo cannot do. My Captivate is running 2.2.1 and it is very smooth and fast.
If you want to burn some cash, either wait for the AT&T compatible Nexus S (comes out later) or the Galaxy S II in May/June. These will out-perform the Captivate by a wide margin.
Current Galaxy S line needs some modification to the file system to make the phone run at full speed, but you really need to read a lot of stuff and experiment to understand it. XDA is the best place for that.
