Recently I receive this email subjected:

REF# 2132 Important Information on Your Account

and when I mousemove the link it showed

It looks like a real royal bank login page but for sure it's not.

Be careful of the fraud.

Dear [email protected],

  We recently reviewed your account, and we suspect an unauthorized ATM based transaction. Therefore as

  a preventive measure we will temporary limit your access to sensitive RBC Royal Bank features. To ensure that

  your account is not compromised, please login to your RBC Online Banking and verify your identity to

  prevent deactivation.

SERVICE: RBC Online Banking.

What you need to do:

- Go to: RBC Online Banking

https://www.royalbank.com/cgi-bin/rbaccess/

- Login to Online Banking.

the rule of thumb is, never login any of your whatever account with the link provided in some suckers' email

Actually you can mouse over and on the status bar it should show the real link.

same thing happened many years ago for HSBC website....people just don't learn their lessons.....
