If haven’t try, 我奉勸大家不要去try…Yesterday 本人同未婚妻去吃下午茶, 吃完一隻huge size and 未煮熟的chicken wing 後, 淋巴突然膧脹…Poor me!

whose responsibility?

Well, unless they import their chickens from out of Canada... They cannot have hormones... To my surprised, chickens here are not as miserable as they are somewhere else:

http://communities.canada.com/va ... ed-chicken-101.aspx

And please don't worry about miserable caged birds. All chickens raised for eating in B.C. are free run, walking around loose in barns. Free range means they get to go outside, too. Organic chickens drink untreated water and can forage on pestcide free fields. It is illegal to give hormones or steroids to chickens in Canada. So relax.

That's like saying "Do not come to our restaurant, because there might be something bad in our chicken wings.".

I agree with u. Fully cooked meat can only destroy salmonella and most of the bacteria, but not hormone. I watched a documentry called "food inc." In reality, 99% of chicken in US use growth hormone to speed up growth rate dramatically. I don't know about how it is in Canada though, probably similar situation?
