i've been there for dimsum and dinner for several times already. it is a traditional hong kong style. the taste is great! it is worthy to try.

Its on #3 Road in Richmond. I don't know why they didn't turn on the air conditioning when I went there.

The  Dynasty on Broadway Vancouver and Grand Villa Dynasty are
under  TropiKa  Group.

The one in Richmond  is  not related to the above restaurants, the chef used to
be chef at the Shun Feng

I tried it last week.. Dishes portion are big and got 20 % off for lunch, but don't taste good and bad services.. A lot of people said that their interior look high end and grand. But it's look cheap to me.. Those decorations look fake to me..
The one right beside yoaham look more grand than them

They are just using most of the previous western restaurant's cheap interior design.

Don't expect discount at the Dynasty on Broadway,
the food is good but little pricey,
the one on #3 Road is more for the Lofans, inexpensive Chinese food

it has changed "name" so many times, but seems its still operated by the same people.

nono.. i am referring to post 9# where the poster is talk about a "Vancouver既小型酒樓".

皇朝 was 北X大酒樓, they changed name maybe at least 4 times during the last 4 years.

Not exactly, it was East Ocean group, then changed name for 2 years
eventually the Dynasty took over. Dynasty is part of Tropika Group.
The Beijxx restaurant is on Hornby @ Smithe downtown

I saw alot of people from mainland china.. couldn't see any lofans at all.. too noisy..

same interior as sammy J. peppers.. but they just painted it into white color
