【明報專訊】京滬高鐵5天內第4次發生事故。原定昨晚6時從北京開出的G201號列車因故障無法離開，車廂停電車門緊閉，被困乘客投訴車廂悶熱，事故擾攘1小時，乘客需換乘另一趟列車。對於早前京滬高鐵接連三次事故，鐵道部發言人則表示「真誠道歉」。

網民嘲出事常態化

微博網友爆料稱，從北京南站開出的G201號列車原定昨晚6時開出，但列車「一直癱瘓在南站9號站台」，不少乘客埋怨十分悶熱。終於在1小時後，乘客下車換乘另一趟列車離開，原來的列車無法出站。昨日的晚點是京滬高鐵在過去5天時間內的第4次故障。有網民戲稱，「京滬高鐵出事已常態化」。

而昨日下午，鐵道部新聞發言人王勇平對早前高鐵多次發生事故表示道歉：「我今天就是代表鐵路系統向大家真誠道歉、說明情況，並負責任地告訴大家，鐵路部門正竭盡全力以最快的速度走出京滬高鐵開通後故障相對集中期。」

An early born bad luck dude...

They should have a longer test period of the rails before it gets into service...

Really don't know what the seniors are thinking...

你問我嘅話，我咪又係答你為咗要趕住賀90年黨慶，所以又係好似另外90幾樣野咁未完成測試就哪哪聲推出來囉～當年香港為咗慶回歸同等江萬歲可以響新機場落機，赤臘角果陣咪又係未 test 完就夾硬要開啟使用？死要面又好大喜功嘅支那人就最鍾意呢味野㗎啦？

I think they should better think of issuing full refunds to those affected passengers... I've got a feeling they are paying for a "test ride"... What's the point of keep saying sorry if "accidents" keep repeating...To me it's totally illogical and inethical if they keep charging fees to those passengers.

Their test period is already longer than international standards.
Some teething issues is normal all over the world.

They will be resolved, but certainly not in a short period though... Seems like the power supply network has some structural bugs... They should at least cut some schedules until those issues are resolved...

I don't want one day those passengers will have to reherse for an explosion evaculation...

如果如你所講，測試期已經比一般國際標準測試期長嘅話，咁今次呢呢個5日壞4次嘅事故就只有以下嘅幾個可能性：

1）試來試去都都試唔掂，無法修正好核心問題所在（或者根本唔知道問題核心所在），但實在測試期已經拖得太耐，所以唔即使實際上未 ready，但係都要焗住去馬。

2）測試期長，但成個 test plan 根本就 plan 得唔好。可能係 stress test planning 太過低估人流同系統負荷，又或者係個 test plan 嚴重忽略咗某啲重要位。所以就算個 test plan passed in flying colours，一到實戰嘅時候就立即奶晒野。

3）測試期長，但其實試來試去成個測試程序都係做得哪西，亦即係 test plan execute 得唔好。

4）有問題又好，無問題又好，個個監工、督工早就收晒片，一早 sign off 晒啲 audit 野。測試期拖長啲仲可以 cap 多啲水。

幾個可能性，講來講去都係人為嘅嚴重錯誤。唔好又賴天災、又賴地硬、又賴磨合未完美喇～
