I am actually quite interested in leasing this car in the future, just hope that the structural integrity of this car is solid enough to handle the power.
I still remember the Buick CTS-V is no good when fitted the Vette's engine caz the components can't handle that power in a seden.
Get my degree, get/advance into a more decent job/position, get married, get a house. Then I will consider getting a toy car. My prime candidate would be a Miata (used or new) for my summer and keep my 3 for daily commute.
The Cobalt, would probably be the last thing I will get.... because I still don't like the look of it. What interests me ist he engine/performance vs. the price. If I am getting a full size coupe for cheap, I would consider the Tiburon first then this.

Then tell Nessa your wedding plans need to be put on hold b/c you have to get the car first.

these cars (SS and the SRT4) might be fast. but they still drive like a POS.
a Civic Si might be slower, but the car is alot better to drive.作者: pkphilip 時間: 2008-3-10 22:51
Based on my understanding with Nessa for the last many many years... I will be given an ultimatum if I propose something like that:
"Either you choose the car or me!"
So.. my logic would be, I rather get something that does not depreciate as fast as the car.

i've driven the Supercharged one and the SRT4, both are POS. yes its pretty fast in a straight line, both the engines are rough, the ergonomics are bad, rubbery shift thats like a mini bus with gear ratios not optimized. a really POS chassis no matter how they mod or reinforce it or how much they stiffen up the suspension, its still not a strong car, not to mention extreme poor interior quality. oh the engine sounds like crap, it sounds and feels like a rental car w/ a turbocharger.
these cars cant compare to the overall quality and fun to drive factor against the Golf V GTI and K20A Civic SI
