【明報專訊】中國剛剛在成功遣返賴昌星事件上威風了半天，就在和諧號動車追撞事故上丟盡了顏面。在溫州吸引了輿論焦點之際，這兩天的「蛟龍」號打破5000米紀錄和國防部開腔談航母，被認為是當局有意轉移視線，有「冲喜」之嫌。

上述說法也許過於「陰謀論」了一些，但近日的連串與軍事科技有關的重大成就（包括昨日西昌衛星中心在雷雨中成功發射了另一顆「北斗」導航衛星）確實與剛剛破產的高鐵神話形成了鮮明對比，難免令人浮想聯篇。

航母蛟龍北斗轉移視線

在一般人的印象中，中國似乎在軍工科技的成就大於民用科技，而且軍工科技的成功率亦高於民用科技。其實，這是由於相對於民用科技來說，軍事科技的透明度相對較低，很多試驗的意外都在輿論的視線之外。

近60年來，中國的高科技發展的標誌成就，無過於原子彈、氫彈和人造衛星，統稱為「兩彈一星」，但當年在經濟和物質條件及為落後的條件下自行研發這類軍用科技的艱難可想而知，很多內幕近年逐步曝光，如當年參與核試的解放軍官兵，由於防護不夠，很多人都得了血癌，甚至早逝，數字有無前幾年外國傳媒報道的19萬那麼多不得而知，但肯定不是少數個案。此事當時若及時曝光，一定是轟動新聞，但時隔數十年，那些犧牲者，連姓名都不可考，只剩唏噓。即使近年，2006年6月空軍研製預警機時，亦在安徽發生撞山事故，造成包括一流電子專家在內的40人死亡慘劇。

拚命精神不符以人為本

不過，軍人的犧牲與民眾的死亡，在性質上不可同日而語，過去那種大慶石油會戰鼓吹的「有條件要上，沒有條件創造條件也要上」的拚命精神，也明顯不符合今日科學發展、以人為本的發展道路，時移世易，同樣是大慶精神，「當老實人，說老實話，辦老實事」的「三老」，才是中國今天最缺少的。

Please do not mention "peter". You people are looking childish when doing this.

As for 航母 and 蛟龍號, these projects have been developing for years and years.
This article is very crappy, to link them with the train accident. I just can't believe these people can be this stupid to link them.

You are a good example.

For the rocket launch, they are just following their preset schedule of launching the GPS satellite. There is no way of hastily making a satellite and then launch it.

The aircraft carrier has been under development for years. Some people even speculated it would have made its first voyage in early July.

That 蛟龍號 first reached 4000m before the train accident, the plan for 5000m was already preset. There is no link to the train accident at all.
