They offer fix rate 5 years term gas price. Don't sign up with them. You can google to get lots of complain about this company.

Why? Sounds like you signed up with these fixed gas rate contract company and now you regretted?!
LOL! I, for one, never go with any of these open-market fix-rate natural gas contracts and would rather pay fortis (formerly terasen gas) floating/market rate. I saved more money over the years (since they opened the market for competition) in both parents place and my house than, typically, those fixed rate gas contractors.
floating rate is good, IMHO, for I can keep a very close eye on my gas consumption and be able to reap in the benefits through the differences between "floating" and "locked" rates.
