Walmart響全世界最多都係俾人指責佢剝削員工薪酬、福利等等嘅野，但只有響天朝裡面先至會爆啲咁大鑊嘅事。同樣，家樂福響全世界亦鮮有爆發食品安全嘅問題，但一去到天朝亦同樣不時出現假食品。百佳響香港亦亦只係有零星嘅食品安全問題，但一返到天朝，假牛肉、過期貨等等都有響網上成日見到。

所以我地須要問嘅係：點解咁多呢一類嘅事情會不斷響天朝裡面發生？

This is not a new concept. It is a standard procedure for purchasing department of companies like Walmart, Metro and Carrefour.

咁walmart用甚麽專業知識來驗證其下過萬種不同類型產品的真確? 又如何確定全批都是真貨? 每盒都開嚟驗? 定信個供應代理? 有這concept, 但如何實施?

satil 兄, 我諗起睇過大陸有一個節目, 係話d 市民去左超市買雞蛋, 買左假野, 之後就帶埋攝隊去超市講數. 去到超市, 個職員話願意以一換一or 退錢, 不過不斷強調佢地只係向供應商取貨, 話會向供應商跟進, 跟住個市民就覺得好無奈了...

I will try to explain it in a way that is as simple as possible since it is a boring reading. The operation and management process involve:

1)       Select qualified suppliers
a)       Inspect the background of the suppliers including its factories, sources of materials, labours (some companies forbidden their suppliers hiring child labour), etc.

b)       Supply selection requirements to potential suppliers

c)       Potential suppliers need to prove they can meet the requirements and certified examination reports of their products often are mandatory

2)       On going inspection of products and suppliers
a)       Suppliers need to provide 化驗報告 for the products they supply. The frequencies and the type of化驗報告 required will depend on the products and company policies.

b)       QC (quality control) team will inspect the received products on receiving (include 化驗) according to the company standard. If the shipment is for sourcing procurement to be exported. The QC team always inspects every shipment.

3)       Rate and review suppliers
a)       Rate suppliers based on criteria and quality is certainly one of the most important aspect

b)       Eliminate unqualified products and suppliers

P.S. this is not something I made up myself and I was involved in a project relating to one of the companies I mentioned.

I don't like Walmart. I have helped my lover to do case study of Walmart.. and well.. it is a monster business that rip off staff to maintain "everyday low price"

well...just my experience...
walmart and superstore both has price matching policy but walmart is way more generous and customer service is more friendly than superstore.

Then wasn't this more like entrapment? You must have DID in real life to pull this kind of thing off for such a long time. Although I didn't know all this but I gave up Peter long time ago so never reply to those posts after a short while...

So now everything is settled, can Lik/admin act like the reasonable Lik/admin before 2004 again?
