I have had it for a decade.  ZERO issues.  but then, my surgery is done as clean as the text book examples.

so your milage might vary.

From Wikipedia "The surveys determining patient satisfaction with LASIK have found most patients satisfied, with satisfaction range being 92–98 percent".

Let's take the high-end number.  We are still talking about one in 50 patients have problems with their surgery.  This success rate is far too low for me to risk my sight.
