LANGLEY (NEWS1130) - A 23 year old man is dead after his car hit a semi-truck around 10 o'clock Monday night.

The accident occurred on Glover Rd at 216th, and emergency crews closed off that section of road in both directions throughout the early morning.

Though the investigation is still underway, Langley RCMP Sergeant Ravinder Pawar says it appears the man's car crossed the centre line.

The truck driver is in hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
