More for the parents..... I'm the only one know how to swim..................作者: lo_pak 時間: 2012-1-17 10:16
Don't know if it helps whether you know how to swim at Alaska...
BTW, take it easy, if you don't feel good you can cancel your trip anytime, no one is forcing you except yourself... Fear and anger always come from unnecessary anticipation. If you decide to go, stay calm and enjoy your trip...作者: satil 時間: 2012-1-17 10:27
Swim in Alaska water exhaustion or unconsciousness in 15mins. Compare to a cruise ship rescue time, swim means dead.
May to Alaska is not a good choice, is it the first trip of the season? water is rough! be prepare for sea sick.

For me I'm sailing those reposition cruise from LA back to Van. I guess swimming should be fine...(not that I want to)
May in Alaska would be cold and rainy...作者: smurf 時間: 2012-1-17 10:50
OMG!
How could well-off and well-educated cruise-goers doing that ?
They should be courteous to the elderly, the young, the injured and the
handicapped first !
