Am I the only one with this problem?

I see  [url=notice.php]提醒[/url] in red.
I assume that's a notification for me to check for replies.
When I click it, it shows

好友消息
帖子消息

and there's nothing under "帖子消息"  This has happened since umm....I last joined LYK
