This is a small nook next to an open kitchen a large window.
Goal: To make this space functional with a modern-transitional decor
Before:
Beige wall
Brown drapes
Small space
Very dreary / dark toned
Outdated curtains
After:
Paint - Off white to brighten up and reflect light from window
White faux wood blinds to replace curtains
Round glass table to:
-add curve lines and soften up the corners of this area
-fit more people if needed
- glass adds visibility -- space look more open
Chairs:
-nature theme
-adds interest
Green wall paintings:
-adds color
-creates a focal point
-nature theme
Flowers:
-brings life and color

I love the colours.
The yogurt store uses the same chairs but in white! I have seen it in metrotown and oakridge.
