Hello:  I have a Motorola C139 feature phone.  It is locked to US Cingular network.I want to unlock it.  Is there a place that offer phone unlock feature?
I prefer Richmond area but Vancouver is fine too.

You should only be able to unlock with using a code.

Are you saying Cingular? That is a long time ago! I think it's better to buy a newer inexpensive HTC phone (Legend, Wildfire, HD2 etc) and get it unlocked
