I have relatives visiting from hk and they want to have salmon sashimi and uni... where will be a good place? (i personally dont eat sashimi so i have no clue ><) thanks

除左築地我不清楚外, 其餘幾間都是日本人開, 而且係日本都有店. 當然比香港好吃好多, 但是種要識叫, 最好係叫ashimi

Salmon later Aug. Uni fall - winter (the best) and spring.

同香港比唔算貴, 還記得97年係中環置地廣場地下果間(名字已然唔記得)日本料理吃, 種貴過Tojo's.
人地從香港來, 當然吃得起, 低檔的就沒uni

Tojo 貴到飛起，平時我地一行四人食千幾元，不過貨靚，好多都是由日本空運來的，物有所值，普通自己人就去sushi garden ，大件夾抵食，不過冇得訂枱，全日爆棚，最少等三十分鐘

Hachi doesn't take reservation for more than 6 people usually.
