終於去到我Seattle 覓食"朝聖"之旅嘅最後一站~ 我都聽過人講, 呢Seattle 間鼎泰豐唔係特別好食架喇, 但, 話晒都咁出名, 點都要去會一會佢嘅~ 去到當然要等位啦, 仲要寸到要齊人先放你入去, 唔齊人就唔該等到齊人先俾枱你囉~ 但係入到去, 我都以為自己去左間西餐館, 好多server 同埋busboy 都係老外, 仲要一坐低就俾杯冰水過你, 我真係懷疑自己去左食鬼佬嘢! 不過話時話, 佢哋個service 又確實係好到不得了嘅!我哋叫左好多嘢呀, 有: 南翔小籠包, 菜肉紅油抄手, 蝦肉鍋貼, 排骨湯麵, 肉絲炒年糕同埋芝麻小包嘅~

It was not bad at all, if they have this quality in Van.  I would visit quite often.
Of course there are things you can complaint, just like any other restaurant.

小弟有幸食過台灣第二老店.  Bellevue 係比唔上, 但比其他溫哥華小籠包係好食好多, 皮薄多汁無豬肉蘇味.. 當然溫哥華都有兩三間好食.

前排睇左個clips about 鼎泰豐, they have good quality control and probably the cleanest chinese restaurant in the world.  lol

What I like about 鼎泰豐 is their consistency of the quality.  NOt like some CHinese restaurant here, good at some period of time, then cannot hold the quality.

我又唔係响大陸食, 所以, 我都唔擔心嘅~ 如果我身在大陸, which is impossible, 咁就梗係擔心啦!

前年已傳言"一滴香"已經殺入toronto。

I like that place ... nice and neat ..  food ..  ok gum la ... better then any other chinese I can have here (Alberta) and price is good ..  of course not as good as the TW or HK branches .. nor even the LA branch ...

However, for people live in Vancouver .. nothing special la....

真人真事，在下在深圳吃過兩道菜，真系可能全世界獨一無二 ：
(1) 眼睛同一位置的白飯魚
(2) 大小，形狀，完全一模一樣的雞軟骨。
在下向燈火發誓，無老屈，絕對真事。

皮蛋兄果句 "Mainland Chinese operated restaurants serve authentic Chinese food." 如果劃一適用於世界各地，以上菜式，在下唔介意豪比佢，在深圳免費請佢一日三餐，食足一年。

知道嗰D都已經數唔晒, 我相信响不久嘅將來我哋強大嘅祖國一定會有更多意想不到嘅新發明, 新品種!
我哋強大嘅祖國唔單止領導翻版工業, 佢哋嘅創意工業我哋都千祈唔好忽視呀!

5月從台北回來後, 也跟家人到了bellevue鼎泰豐一趟. 對比台北的鼎泰豐老店當然有一些差別, 但我覺得這一家海外店的水準已經很不錯.  他們的小籠湯包也不錯, 但很早買完.  如果你是早起的鳥兒, 早早開車到bellevue就可以吃到. 而我最喜歡的是芋泥包, 待著香鮮的芋泥, 很好吃~
