I just tried 牛仔 and it is OK. Not as good as I expected after reading all the good comments on the forum. However, I was there after 11:00 P.M. Will that be a factor?!

I want to try 有骨氣 next time. Anyone tried it lately? What is your comment?

我觉得一般拉!!! 用料不是很新鲜,但是汤底(猪骨)不错...
酱料要加钱,酸梅汤任饮,

I thought it was so-so...
When i tried it with the spicy soup base.... it felt as if there were lots of slivers (woodchips) in the soup...

看了這兒所有評價﹐好壞參半﹐決定親嘗。。。

今晚訂檯時已發覺唔多妥。。。點解這麼冷的天氣竟然超容易訂檯呢﹖只是覺得﹐點都要試一次。。。

食完﹐明晒。。。

湯底﹕馬馬虎虎 -- 我地叫了清湯 + 冬蔭功﹐D冬蔭功唔夠未
食物﹕ 牛肉﹐羊肉﹐菜﹐雲吞﹐丸類 -- OK﹐同小肥羊﹐牛仔差不多﹐只是墨丸勁唔掂﹐味精勁多﹐兼有點變味。魚皮餃味精其多。
Oyster & Shrimp: 唔新鮮﹐D 肉霉了﹐有少許變味。
雞翼很黑﹐唔靚。
食物選擇不算多。
服務﹕一般
座位﹕普通
價錢﹕同其他幾間 (小肥羊﹐牛仔﹐尖東) 差不多。。。 $18。95/位﹐湯底$7﹐醬料要另收費。

結論﹕

我地唔會再去﹐因為同樣價錢同質素的很多﹐比它好的也有許多﹐而其他很多家例如尖東都不會額外收取醬料的費用﹐又不會只收現金。

just wondering whether the boss is aware of the comments. he/she should take actions to make some improvements.

無錯, 我上個月再去一次, 比多次機會佢, 後果係永遠唔會再去. 個麻辣湯,好唔掂..

actually i quite like this place over other all u can eat,, i found their food more fresh, and the place being cleaner

i used to go there a lot last winter, this yr i only went a couple times at a month ago
i ordered lot of their 墨魚滑， and other 滑, but i didn't get other seafood, those seafood r just frozen stuff anyway.
but imo i dun think they r that bad, at least for a all u can eat place

It's not too bad but 牛仔，小肥羊 would be the better choice.

It is just anothe way to say it is not good. I didn't say it is bad.

總之就普普通通啦，牛仔小肥羊冇位嘅話就會去，唔似得以前嘅金牛，真係打死都唔再去

maybe i am subjective, but i prefer 有骨氣 over 牛仔, 小肥羊 might be better than both.
i felt they each have their own pros and cons

but most of the time, i tend to go to 有骨氣
