I am very surprised they speak english the whole episode @o@maybe just the supervisor/department head lol

and I am very surprised one of them said he is pride to work at T&T lol

It's basically a give away since she speaks only English and they knew that she will document her experience. So whatever they said will go up to the executive level anyway. It's all plotted.

I wonder if the staff really had no idea what was going on when there was a team of camera men following that particular person........

and considering the show has been around for some time too

真係好假, 仲以為係用隱藏攝影機添.
其實好多food channel 節目例如 impossible restaurant 都係搵黎做, 扮晒野.
