I am actually looking at similar things recently. The kind that you just posted, I looked a reviews and says that if the door frame width is above or below a certain range, it won't work. I am also concerned on how much weight the door frame trim can support?

There's also this kind. http://www.amazon.com/JFit-Delux ... eywords=chin+up+bar
With it's own set of problems. Slippage, catastrophic failure, or door frame trim cracking..... Only small percentage of the reviews has problem, but still... Any first hand opinion from fellow LYKs would be excellent!

All these stuff are WAY CHEAPER on Amazon.com btw.

For sure I will do review, and pics when I have it. I am not sure if I can do chin-up myself, I haven't really tried. I do 50 per set push-ups about 10 sets a day, doesn't gain much mass anymore..I am still very light weight.

You will never get big if you train the same muscle group everyday.  You can use push/pull split.
Or 4 days split (Chest,  legs,  back,  shoulders).
Eating is way more important than training,  30% in the gym,  70% in the kitchen.
