第三日啦，忍無可忍上黎求救

我星期五參加左翠明一個去Banff嘅旅行團
（因為屋企人話公路好大雪唔好開車窩）
報團時候，個agent話個團停站地方無野食，要交159蚊包餐
當時我話，我本地人啦應該揾到野食，
但個agent堅持話旅行車停嘅地方只有安派左嘅地方有野食

結果第一日中午，個團食內陸嘅一間中餐，難食到嘔！
仲要隔離有其他餐廳
我同導遊投訴，佢就耍我太極叫我打俾agent
夜晚又係中餐，今次隔離有White Spot, Panago, 同其他family restaurant！

第二日，導遊話可以不跟中餐，但西餐無得不跟

點知仲衰！
乜都係set好嘅，
牛扒全熟，無得要幾成熟
全部團去嘅地方旁邊一定有其他選擇！

而家第三日，依然係咁

我不停聯絡翠明，要求退餐回水但至今依然無回覆！

而家個團仲有兩日要挨呀！

有無乜投訴專線可以投訴旅行社呃我？

If you have already paid, I think it's hard to "cancel the option" now...
Best to report to BBB after because they have given you incorrect information for you to make a decision to pay for the meal option.
There are some good food in Banff ... I dislike tour groups...

I only joined tour because my parents told me the road condition is poor and a friend who was supposed to come along and drive suddenly decided not to come.

I can't call BBB about my parents, but about the tour, I really felt like being scammed.

Does Tourism Vancouver deal with complaints like the tour board in HK? Coz BBB takes a long time to reply, and by time they are done with the process, I would be back in HK already

BBB is not part of the government.
I don't understand why people always refer to BBB since they can't help you out.

15. Why can't BBB stop rip-offs and scams?

Your parents are correct that the road is not good during this time of the year.
It sounds like you are on the tour already so you are stuck.

I would write a bad review on yelp or something. BBB is largely useless.

That's right. I never search BBB. But I used yelp, tripadvisor, google..etc.
But that won't get Nox any thing back. I don't know what he can do now though when he is still traveling with the tour group.

Yeah, BBB should not be the place to go since we are complaining a Chinese business and no one care about it.
What he can do is simply search for all local chinese forum and write bad review about it.. Sorry to say that but it is not much you can do.

Another thing is, those tour is designed for senior Chinese or Chinese from oversea (Hk, China), this is why mostly they only serve Chinese food or well cooked steak since this is more suitable for the tour. And it is easier to manage the whole trip if everyone is eating at the same place...

Just my 2 cents.

Actually.... Korean food in Banff isn't bad, they deal with tour too... :p

兩個字就講完：教訓

首先，旅行團啲伙食係幾十年來（我諗打從有旅行團開始）都冇好過，有一兩餐＂唔差＂已經好好彩。我真係未聽過有人跟完團返嚟話個導遊帶佢哋去嘅餐廳好好食囉（unless你係跟蔡生飲食團）。

同埋我唔知你投訴啲咩，投訴啲嘢唔好食？因爲佢唔係冇得俾你食，你俾錢嗰陣佢冇話包好食。你諗都諗到，佢帶得你去嘅餐聽（會做旅行團嘅餐廳）真係好極有限。又唔係洗咗好多錢，況且你都係唔想渣車，又唔係為食，你當洗錢買個方便，自己咪搵其它嘢食囉！

I think the best solution is be happy for the rest of the trip. Eat what ever they provide to you, if you don't like it. Then eat yourself. Have fun. You already on the thief boat, what can you do?

問題應分開，你是否直接去翠明office參加團，還是由外間其他agent.
若是agent，這agent就有問題了，因我同很多來訪的朋友去預先參加本地團，
大部份都好有道德，不會硬銷你或嚇你要包食．他們大多會建議你，如果不想自己找食，或不懂不熟英文，才作建議．
話他們停站食飯的地方，會沒有其他食店，就一定是講大話，老點！

我的確係through agent參加旅行團嘅

報名時候agent話如果唔跟團食就無野食，因為個團停留嘅地方係無其他野食嘅
我亦當時講過，話如果附近有其他地方食，我係絕對唔會跟團吃飯嘅
佢話停車地方附近真係無，咁我先俾錢嘅
而家我每一站都有影相，證明每個吃飯嘅地方幾分鐘內嘅範圍內一定有其他野食
所以我係講緊係投訴俾人老點，呢樣野我諗應該成立掛？

而家翠明話唔關佢地事，我已經無再跟食飯
佢地159伙食求其退番30+稅俾我就算
諗住好聲好氣講，合理d解決，
agent還是翠明嘅問題都好，點知呃完人仲要咁Q態度毫無誠意
我已經同導遊講我唔接受咁嘅解決方案同埋保留追究被翠明同埋間Ageny呃嘅權利

如是者，我想問有乜途徑去投訴旅行社（agent）呃人？

實際每個本地團都差不多，搞手都係唔上下模式，好似翠明，咪又係搵啲行貨餐廳．
１５９包你９餐，可謂無乜要求．
不過我睇最大問題係個agent，因為佢地應該知道，無可能無其他嘢食．擺明老點．
我幫朋友book咁多次，佢地都識講識睇，啲agent都提議自己搵食．
你搵邊間艇仔agent．等大家避開下．

其實, 小弟跟得旅行團既話, 就預左有得食就算了.
好耐冇跟過團, 有小朋友前會自己搞團, 約一兩PAIR 人去玩, 大家都知跟我的<<清風旅運>> 一定好食好住, 不過通常都唔好玩! 哈哈~

Google咗airheart，直接走入去佢個網airhearttravel.com ，“万邦旅游”
一睇係殘體字，已涼一截，入去詳睇內容，無晒胃口。
賣緊2006年郵輪團，2008年機票…

睇得出佢的目標客戶，及公司質素。

佢地喺yelp及好多business site都有listing profile，
你咪同佢地寫番篇review推廣吓囉。

嘩咁平你想食咩呀？

平均＄１７蚊一餐，包税包tips，正常如果唔係跟團你一定唔得啦。我覺得真係冇呃人喎，你只可以話＂一分錢一分貨＂，但係唔算黑店喎！

I was surprised too, because few years ago I joined the Banff tour (and also Europe tour) from Charming Holiday (from the office) and both are GOOD.

Anyways, 番到黎同翠明&萬邦傾咗好耐
個問題好明顯響萬邦度
翠明話佢地從來唔會同客講話停車附近無野食
而我打去萬邦投訴時候
個agent再次講話佢自己親自去時候的確無野食
（但佢無跟翠明守則去講，所以呢樣野已經係錯咗，
但當然萬邦唔承認呃人，只係“無跟守則”）

件事而家有個settlement，三方都覺得公平就算
大家都上咗一堂

I remember the "meal option" is always "optional" in Banff. I think the agent is simply ripped your off.

I went to Banff years ago and there are tons of food around.
