I like Mambo the best. They offer HK style cafe food.

Only a few items at Mxmbo is good...their cooking and sauce is pretty HK style but their actual ingredients are quite bad. e.g. I had their baked pork chop on rice, the sauce and fried rice base is not bad but the pork itself sucks. It even taste sour (gone bad?) sometimes...

Their milk tea is not bad, haven't tried coffee though.

And their HK style "LAW SHO SOUP" is pretty good too

Of course the "wind sand chicken wing" la!
And the laksa at Hainanese Chicken tastes pretty good too (yet, not too traditional).
