Got a notice from CRA asking me to send them supporting documents for my claims for my T1...can I send them phocopy instead of original? I don't want to lose my original...

depends on exactly what document it is, but most of the time yes you can send duplicates

i think photocopy would be fine, there is no reason to suspect you submitting fraudulent information at this time.
Or you can call their 1800 number.

btw, the easiest thing is to fax it over, the last paragraph or 2nd last paragraph should give you a fax number
