Mahjong tournament back by popular demand

River Rock Casino Resort is pleased to present the second annual Mahjong Charity Open on Sunday, July 27, 2008. Players will get a chance to compete for the top prize: a seat to play in the World Series of Mahjong tournament at The Wynn Macau in September, plus flight and accommodations. The total value of prizes to be won is over $20,000 for the top 16 players in the tournament!

The entry fee is only $20 per player. Players will also get a chance to win cash prizes throughout the tournament, try their luck at the casino, and enjoy a great selection of food from the many dining options available.

Best of all, the entry fees will donated to the Richmond Firefighters Society, a volunteer society dedicated to supporting and serving the community. Bring your friends and come out for a fun day of Mahjong and support a great cause!

Register in person at River Rock Casino Resort today! Players must be 21 years of age or older to participate.

I register jor la
their score scheme is kinda complicated to me (e.g. chicken woo 5 points, 18 lor hon 480 points etc)
I am not a professional of course

i think they combined HK with TW scoring methods...
if i'm correct... totally unsure...
but just wanna give it a try, still thinking about it... umm...
