sold all my cameras....no more camera....this was taken 2 weeks ago. Just ordered the d lux-4 today, hopefully can take some pictures from the p&s soon.
so....my doog again. thanks.

I like the gradient of the sky, nice 剪影 of the buildings too, but IMO, it will be better if you didn't capture the street and the moving cars. again, just my opinion

Just got my new camera yesterday, Leica D LUX-4 stright out from camera, no edit.
Really likes this camera. Photo taken in a brewery near Seattle.

好想睇下LUX-4同LX3　head to head比較下。

the camera itself is USD $849.99, bought at B&H, so its around CND $920 now. Still waiting for the assessories to arrive. I think the main difference between LUX-4 and LX3 is the body styling, I assume LUX-4 would be a bit better built if not a lot, video mode is 30 fps (LUX-4) vs 24 fps (LX3). People on other forums says that their raw format is exactly the same, saving at jpg will have some difference (not too sure about this, and I want to know too), and the Leica does not have adpator mount for the ultra wide angle lens, and filters. Over all I am very statisfy with this camera, I think noise up to 800 are usable, and most of the time even in dark places, you can still use f.20 and iso 80 to take sharp pictures. Thanks!

Oops.. just check the price .. $1049 for LUX 4 .. $549 for the Panasonic .. same camera ... and this time .. somehow .. the panasonic one looks nicer .. ( with the grip )

so $500 for the red dot .. um .. I bought my Dlux 3 for $800 .. and LX2 was $650 .. so $150 fot the red dot .. sure to go .. but $500 ..

How much r they in HK now ??

Snooker table at SFU ??

I want to buy those "leather pocket" style Snooker table ar .. ( Reily, BCE etc ) but I can only find those Plastic pocket style snooker table here .. ( u know, put your hand in from the top, to grap the balls .. )

may be I should get a LX3 sooner ..

yes, i did adjust the cruve i think, but just a little, let me post the original only with brightness adjusted. shoot a little darker coz want to maintain at iso 400.

aperture mode, F/2, 1/2 sec, iso 400, ev +.3, evaluative metering mode, O.I.S mode 2, dynamic film mode, from jpg, brightness adjusted, handheld.
