Job Purpose:
To manage the processing of all internet sales, and assist with online content development and updates for a rapidly expanding online store.
Duties:
* Working in cooperation with sales staff and the web team to create a dynamic and lucrative e-commerce site.
* Processing all online orders and customer follow-up
* Perpetuates and improves on order fullfilment process.
* Expands web site content by adding products and descriptions.
* Sourcing product descriptions and images.
Skills/Qualifications:
* Must have updated knowledge on current PC hardware and electronics
* Strong background in website maintenance and HTML proficiency
* Fluent in English with excellent verbal and communication skills
* Customer service skills at a professional and friendly manner
* Previous online sales experience an asset
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Proficient at proofreading text and producing error-free work
