I heard that Kam Do will be moving to a new location. Any insider news to share?

not an insider ... but i have seen their signage on a building that is under construction next to Richmond Centre/CIBC building. Not sure if it's still there tho.

noticed that store owner is 1 of the investor of the under construction building of OPEL. (building besides Richmond Ctr.) They put a new sign there for almost 6 months but don't know they will move there or not?

i saw a post online, that they are selling their business and building....

cant' remember which real estate site i saw it from, i believe it was last year that i saw it on the

What I want to say is..
Kam Do was one of the lead 茶餐廳 among Vancouver Chinese community.

Now, who will that be?

Kam Do's food was not as good as before....I only like their 'lo por bang' now..

After I discovered Kam Do's food is no longer good and the place is a bit dirty, I switched to Lai Do

Lai Do is good, but that place is too small, it is always packed and line up.
Now i go to Happy Date

To me, Happy Date is very old fashion type of HK style cafe.
I am not that old yet............so, I prefer something like Kam Do and Lai Do..

轉老闆就好有可能會調高食物價格了....
我去金都最大原因都是因為便宜而已
雖然之前吃到肚痛都有....
不過他的價格 + 嚇死人的份量真的值得我再回去

....搬到Richmond Centre....感覺很遠=.=
不過大概偶爾我還是會去買老婆餅吃吧!

現在因為迎合我出沒時間的關係, 我已經轉到對面的銀座....
8.25雙扒餐 + 湯 + 飲料都夠飽

me too, only buy the "lo poh bang", althought cheap and large portion, taste not too good...
