Do you want to cook for your friend or family this holiday? if so, what are you going to cook?
Here is my Christmas  Dinner Menu
Organic Matcha & Silver Tequila Frappe
Chicken & Pistachio Ballotine
Lobster Bisque Flamblee with Pernod
Roast Rack Of Spring Lamb, Mashed Potato with White Truffle Oil
Vintage Port Wine Jus, Tomato Provencale
Gourgere with Asiago & Herb
Floating Islands with Passionfruit Zabaglione
Everything from scratch done in 60 minutes.
Will post pix & recipes and video later, probably next week

did u actually use Vintage port to make the "Vintage Port Wine Jus"? It can get REALLY pricey. What year.. Or just use LBV?

I'm going to do an interview with the Rogers Omni TV  on December 15, and
my students will prepare the Menu for the shooting, I have only 1 hour to
prepare all the items from scratch, it is like a cooking class on tape. I do not
know when they are going to air it yet, I just want to have fun.
I'll post the recipes soon if you guys are interested, more info on my cooking
classes can be found on the VSB brochures or website.

The vintage port cost $45 a bottle, but the White Truffle Oil for mashed potato, $120 for 5 oz.
This is a typical menu I charge $100-125 per head for private parties, actually I don't make much money

I bought it at the LDB at Ironwood Plaza back in February, quite good. I used to drink a lot
of port wine when I lived in HongKong and went to Macau for daytrip
