came back from the states around 8ish pm`
it was snowing in bellingham but as soon as we passed that area, it was clear......and when i came back to richmond it was still clear....i could even walk across to get me some dinner haha`
but wow....as soon as i came home....it started snowing like &()#@* `
meh.......

I just came back from North van, and man...the snow is so thick!!!! everyone is driving like 30km/hr....it took me like a hour before i get home!

唔知個時係咪細個呢... it wasn't that cold (back to 1996)... ya, the snow was up to my knee...

i was going to vancouver from knight bridge around 10-11ish, traffic was so slow... going like 20-30km.... T_T

it aint' so back really. Been on the road for the past 4 hours stopping at a lot of place... (nobody can get out so asked me to do whatever stuff for them...)
still ppl with all season tires out there.... just driving super slow or spinning out right in front of my eyes... @@

car with traction control/4WD + snow tires is doing okay as long as you don't get yourself into deep deep snow.

i drive a CRV, and went out 2day.....from 1pm until now, everything was fine, no spinning no swerving no slipping ...thank god !
were @ the mall too....still sooooooooooo much ppl lol

i actually had a lot of fun today with my all-seasons tires. it didn't bother me a bit. i did stuck in the snow for a bit when trying to start moving from fully stop. i just took it as a fun.

when i was younger i found that it's fun to drive in snow with all seasons tires... but not anymore... maybe i m getting old.... me old cake, scared.... lol

saw so many ppl still doing heavy gas heavy break driving in the snow...
I am perfectly fine driving with less traffic. (e.g. last nite at 1 a.m. back from Van thro Oak St... it was like single lane all white out)

i was waken by a car-revving noise this morning. my neighbor's car was stuck in the snow right outside of his garage. I went to help him out of cuz.

then, in 30 mins, i helped 2 other cars. this is how serious the snow is.

i was told that once u are stuck. STOP immediately and go backward. then forward quickly. is that right?

They have been saying that like everyday since what...? Friday or whenever last week. Saying the police advices people not to drive if not necassary. Even tho I was on the road everytime I listened to News 1130 L

It's kinda dumb, of course I don't drive unless it's necassary. Well.. unless you wanna go out joy riding I guess LOL!

To anybody that is all worried about driving in the snow and everything, and you haven't already done so, I have limited pity, becaues you are supposed to be on WINTER TIRES WEEKS AGO!

我今朝都打左個電話留msg俾阿頭話我唔返，之後要掘番部車出黎幫佢"棄暗投明"同埋一路鏟drive way同sidewalk d 雪同灑鹽，鏟鏟下阿頭打黎話佢部pickup truck都出唔大街，stuck左o係內街街口。

不嬲冇咩事都唔會請假，但係o係呢d 情況之下我覺得冇咁既需要去搏，部車途中stuck左又係要搵人幫手推/洗錢搵人拖車，分分鐘要俾晒我今日成日既人工仲要嘔突，唔值得！你話公司對我幾好幾好都係咁話。

唔係做緊急/必需服務既人員我覺得根本可以唔返！

我果d 都未cancel既不過就比往年plan少左好多野，冇精神體力心機去plan同攪咁多野，都幾sad，就算有個悠長假期都end up 用左好多時間去鏟雪。
