Three 4th-year university students are looking for a client to participate in an academic consulting project or develop a business plan for their capstone course. This is offer is totally free with real/actionable results.

All we need are your cooperation and commitment until April 12, 2009, when the school semester ends.

This consulting project is to develop a strategic plan to
•Improve your profitability (increase revenue and/or decrease cost)
•Solution existing problem(s)
•Exploit unmet opportunity

The whole project will be guided by university professors/teachers with broad industry experience to ensure quality results and value for the participating client.

Project Requirement:
This project MUST deal with the financial background of the client’s company (preferably 5 years, but a minimum of 2 years of Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash-Flow Statement)
•Legal contracts will be signed to ensure confidentiality
•Client can change the number in his/her financial data before supplying to the team

Two of the follow areas will also be looking at
a.Human Resources
b.Marketing
c.Operations Management
d.Management

Client Requirement:
• Serious client only
• Treat this as a real consulting project, not an academic one
• Client’s company has to be large enough to fully utilize the team’s capability
• Define the significant value the project in writing
• Commit time and effort to work with the consulting team (Eg, meeting once or twice a week)
• Able to commit real budget if you agree to the recommendations from the end report

PS: the team can also help client develop a sound business plan for a new business rather than a consulting project for an existing business.

this is a free service, but the client needs to cooperate with us to generate a quality report at the end to benefit the business.
