曾蔭權昨日出席立法會答問大會，期間疑爆失言事件，講出諧音粗口「狗o翕」，網上討論區隨即有市民跟進，指曾蔭權教壞小朋友，亦有文化人批評曾失言粗鄙、無水準，應向公眾致歉。

教壞細路促向公眾道歉


曾蔭權昨在回應湯家驊提問時說：「我唔想同人狗o翕辯論頭先湯議員所講o既……」有網民隨即將有關片段（圖）放上youtube，但不久後，片段即遭刪除。多名網民都在香港高登討論區說：「絕對聽到9up！」有人又說：「曾教壞小朋友，唔可以講粗口諧音。」對於曾蔭權的失言，政府新聞處晚上發出答問大會對答全文時，將曾蔭權口中的「狗 o翕」竄改成「鬥o翕」，明顯是要為其掩飾。

研究廣東話的次文化堂出版社社長彭志銘說，「狗o翕」為諧音粗口，意為「亂o翕無為」，因社會打壓粗口，連在港鐵講粗口都要受罰，人們不敢直接說粗口，只能講諧音字，「狗o翕」又有「如狗一般說話」的意思，又可作「豬o翕」。

彭志銘批評曾蔭權無水準，作為香港政府最高級官員，在議事堂用這樣粗鄙的說話，對民選議員不敬、對市民不敬，要向公眾道歉。早前油麻地一間酒店旅客被逐，政務司司長唐英年曾描述旅客無著落「條條fing」，已遭各界狂轟其在議事堂講粗口。

此外，昨日的答問大會火藥味濃，會議廳內外都針鋒相對，民建聯主席譚耀宗在走廊批評社民連議員打斷曾蔭權發言是「浪費時間」，路過的黃毓民即時駁斥：「點止浪費時間，保皇黨浪費生命！」陳偉業也說：「夠你o地左派當年掟菠蘿勁？燒死香港人！」

平日不慍不火的譚耀宗忽然無名火起，回應說：「收聲啦你！」陳偉業即時轉身挑戰譚耀宗：「點解要收聲？咩事要收聲？共產黨o係香港惡晒？」最後譚耀宗返回議員休息室，事件才告一段落。

說話出口之前，唔該先用個腦過濾一下。如果唔係毓民響議會掟蕉，繼而引至全城炒起生果金呢個議題，試問條狗up賤 Bowtie 又點會響 9日後就轉呔，肯無審查之下就俾 $1000生果金D老人家？唔通真係靠民賤聯件搓胸勤同流肛華來成功爭取咩？

無錯，毓民的而且確係流氓爛仔，但佢絕對係香港人嘅光榮。

Are you kidding? With Hong Kong's aging population, HK government may not be able to pay out such large amounts of money to the seniors in the future. Those with sufficient cash in the bank or income should not get all of it. Welfare should only be paid to those needy seniors. You know, HK already has a much lower tax rate than Canada.
When you want to bash HK, please do more research first. Here in Canada, the amount of Old Age Security given to seniors is based on their reported income. Are you saying Canada should not look at their income first?

You should go to Ottawa, and start throwing bananas at the politicians, since the government looks at reported income before deciding how much Old Age Security to give out. You lost your argument again and still pretend to be smart. But what's new, that's your style.

If you look at the last 10 years of HK government balance, it is not big. Because HK's tax rates are low. They tend to have large surplus for good years and big deficits for bad years.
