angus beef 算唔算是好扒
aaa是不是代表好, 還有silver what watever dundun.....etc

Carver Steakhouse in Richmond is quite good.
For tradition N.America beef,  Canada Prime is good, follow by AAA,  Dry Age for 21 days.
I would never consider the vacuum aging(wet aging)beef from Costco, it is gross although
it is a bit cheaper.  Angus is totally different bleed of steer, some people found it too rich and fatting.  Morton of Chicago use Angus beef.
Ruth's Chris  is apparently the only chain restaurant that would use  real charcoal the rest of steakhouse use natural gas for broiling. Gotham's  pairs Steak with cocktail.  Other Hy's
are old fashion steak house. Keg's caters to younger crowds so they have different marketing philosophy.
It is worth looking for some good butcher,  which cut is a matter of taste:
Tenderloin  for ladies
Striploin  for  more  of Continental  taste [ Entrecote]
Ribeye  for  juicy  steak
Porterhouse for Carnivore
Sirloin for lunch steak
Hanger steak for Indiana Jones
Flat Iron  steak for  Denny's loyals

i like prime rib at richmond milestone...around 28 bucks for a chef's cut...i usually have leftover for lunch....or ribeye steak at keg is good too

i like gotham's, it is expensive thou,

people say morton's is good too but i haven't tried yet,

depends on what sort of taste you prefer...
if you like taste on the inside, go for dry age meats; it makes the meat more juicy and meaty

if you like taste on the outside, then special rub/sauces like Gotham's

i like gotham. we didn't get any special sauce and the "rub" on the steak was not too strong.
ny was very flavorful without being too fatty.

Try CHOP located in richmond's Sandman signature hotel.

i personally think its good` although its kinda pricey but u said price does not matter so.......i think it'll suit u =) good place for desserts too!

I just see it today, think to go or not....
is that expensive? any food recommend?

i want to know too. it's a new chain by same company as Moxies. targetting group in between the Keg and the higher end steakhouse (morton, gotham and HY's).
