I know there is a food speciality store in Richmond call Galloway, it's on Bridgeport, they have a lot of speciality and organic food stuff (like baking, cooking ingredients) they might have what you are looking for. Sorry, don't know the price

You have to decide how are you going to use the cocoa powder/chocolate powder for.
Natural Cocoa or Dutch Cocoa(Alkalined ) for baking, or Sweetened cocoa for drinking.
There are good natural cocoa, Sharfenberger(USA), Vahrhona(French), Kakao (Poland), Gherdelli etc. Good dutch type cocoa i.e. Bendsdrop, Van Houten. Even Cadbury has designer's cocoa. Murchies has it's private label which is not bad.
Price wise, good natural cocoa are always expensive, Vahrhona's is $14 for 8.8 oz.
Scharfenberger is $12 for 6 oz. Thomas Haas is quite expensive and they are designer's flavoured. Those are for retail products, I buy mine from wholesalers.作者: benyaoguai 時間: 2009-2-5 22:31
