尋日先發覺原來順峰上禮拜突然執左，唔知咩事，好似有notice話欠租。聽過有朋友結婚訂個度擺酒添架，如果老友記有人訂左酒席好快Ｄ睇下點喇！希望冇人比順峰夾帶私逃啦！

Yes.. You are right..and one side is from Mainland, one side is local. they don't agree each other.. and one group is Black background.

the notice at the restaurant says that they abandoned the shop...and owed $106000 to Parker place...

probably owe more than rent...if they are to run, they probably owe money to suppliers and the staff too

They owe lots of moeny to fruite supplier.. one of them is at least $10,000

and for Parker place, they didn't pay for rent 3 months. and I heard that they have around $100,000 rental deposit. so Parker place didn't lose much. And Parker can take away the premises with all the furnitures, LCD...etc so, they should be ok.. just need to find someone come in & operate.

The small deposit for wedding banquet is very small amount only jer.

Deposit from $500 to $1000..if their wedding date is closer...they might already paid the 2nd deposit (usually 20% of the total)
