香港の人気歌手の男女が、東京・渋谷区の量販店で大麻を隠し持っているところを現行犯逮捕された。
香港の人気歌手で、イギリス国籍のジル・ビダル容疑者(26)とカナダ国籍のケビン・クワン容疑者(25)の2人は、2月24日午前1時ごろ、渋谷区道玄坂の量販店で、紙袋の中に微量の乾燥大麻を隠し持っていたところを、大麻取締法違反の現行犯で逮捕された。
2人は24日深夜、渋谷区の量販店で買い物をしていたところ、店員とトラブルになり、店側が警察に通報し、大麻の所持が発覚した。
警視庁の調べに対して、2人は、所持していたことは認めているが、大麻の使用についてはあいまいな供述をしているという。
2人は、いずれも香港を中心に活躍する人気歌手で、2月20日、観光目的で来日していたという。

日本共同社報道，日本警方日前以涉嫌違反《大麻管制法》為由，拘捕本港歌星關楚耀及衛詩。

報道指出，東京警視廳澀谷署日前以涉嫌違反《大麻管制法》為由，當場逮捕了在香港等地發展的加拿大籍男歌手關楚耀(25歲)及英國籍女歌手衛詩(26歲)。

兩人涉嫌於2月24日凌晨1時許在東京澀谷區道玄阪的賣場內隨身攜帶藏於煙草中的大麻。

警方表示，他們接到賣場報警電話稱「拘捕了試圖扒竊的一男一女兩名外國人」，聞訊趕到的警員在檢查關楚耀的物品時發現了大麻。

關楚耀供稱，「(大麻)是從香港帶來的。」而衛詩則否認犯罪嫌疑，稱「並不知道那是大麻」。

oh god... bad timing to get busted for Weed at Japan... There is this huge anti-weed thingy going on now, and anyone who got busted are gonna go into jail, period... one way or the other, I don't think the Japanese government will let them off easy, not especially when the Japanese judicial system is based on the guilty until proven innocent process...

all in all, they are screwed... welcome to Shibuya lol... I was just there Today. heavy snow too.

well... based on hyde, everyone smokes weed, most people makes more than $10k a month, everyone around him goes on cruise at least twice a year, and everone owns at least one porsche or so... smoking weed is actually more common than chewing gums.... so I'm not surprised he said that...

but please don't go too deep as he can show you no evidence or any research... please be nice to him

in your opinion, should they be prisoned? as it is so common, like chewing gums... do you think everybody should be forgiven for that?

当然喇！食草係娛樂業真係閒過立秋矣，只不過日本仔佢哋小國寡民未見過大世面先至咁

小题大做！唉！真箇係食草冇罪；日本其罪也！由此可見曰本何其小也！

由現在開始老夫唔睇日本漫畫二十四分鐘以示抗議！

Singapore government forbids people chewing gums there. So, are they even more 小题大做?
Every country carries different law, do you know that?

well... very few custom will search ppl leaving their country...
so it's the Japanese 海關 that missed them from entering into their country.

actually, i think most countries custom search people when leaving the country instead of entering?

im not sure about japan.
but when entering in hong kong, people can easily walk pass customs and towards the exit without them checking (unless you look really suspicious)

i might not sure though, correct me if im wrong. =P

well, that guy is a CBC and wai si has a british passport. They sound pretty westernized.

How come Canadian guys always have some problems? Lemon Tse's car accident, and then Edison's photos, now this Kwan CBC guy.

Well, if the amount of weed it's like a pack of Skittles and it's sitting inside a jeans pocket or something, none of the custom in both countries could have noticed la.

you are right kayllis, people can easily go pass the custom at narita airport. Sometimes I see the golden retreiver on duty at the luggage carousel but I guess that smart dog was off work? haha

or maybe the weed does not smell good enough to attract dog's attention?

my friend's dad once brought hk dried duck kidney to canada...
just when he was going to exit.. the dog passed by and probably smell it..
so he was asked to be searched in the room right on the spot...

he only had like a few rolled up in a cigarette box...
plus, its only weed... not ice or heroin, not really a big deal especially in the entertainment business.
