老實講, 除左 foodcourt 同 Daiso 外, 有幾多人會去 "行" 阿爸顛又會買到 0野? 人流都十分唔夠, 純粹因為獨市 + 廢柴頂住....

Actually after looking at the list here, more stores than I expected that are not owned by Fairchild. Because every time I walked in the mall, I found that most stores are owned by them. I wonder if they are actually making money by operating some no-ppl-shop stores, like the office furniture store, party supplies?! Look Real?!

如果你真係開餐廳o既，你都唔會搵佢買，會搵o的批發/直銷公司去買
私人用就更加唔會，百幾蚊不如買碟真o既食咗落肚都無咁嬲啦

the mall sucks not only because fairchxld owns most of the shops, also because most of other shop are shxtty and unsuccessful, I don't mind to name a few lol:

Cube Inc
Cell phone shop beside food court
Pet shop (now turned into garden street outfit shop)
Too many Jewellers
Watch shop
Car showroom

I really have no idea what the "pet shop" is selling and I would prefer Fa Yuen Street over this

Do people actually buy cell phones there?
I bought my SEG705 in HK last month, converted back to CDN$ was about $360
and I saw my phone selling at that store for $460 + tax. I laughed LOL

I think the display of cube inc looks so untidy and many of them are selling garbage. I don't even have interest walking in. The concept is ok but lack of marketing for their tenants, and I don't see people really buy the thing inside the cube!

And i agree too that cell phone store is way overpriced and the models are not even very update!

It's not about the 眼光 long or short, it's about how much capital you have on hand and can afford in the future. I can also prospect a business that might earn billions billions a hundred years later, but the question is do I have that much money to keep me survive during the 99 years?!

我好日都唔會去一次aberdeen﹐我又唔係richmond人﹐好間唔史有人約去飲茶先會走去一次。食完飯係完全唔會有興趣shopping。老實講﹐做緊野果D妹妹仔態度又差﹐D貨又out﹐又唔係平﹐唔係話每一樣都差﹐但係十居其九啦。你去到不其然心會VO一句"呢間野都做得住?"

我頂多會去osim格下價﹐考慮搬屋之後買部。
