我前年同去年在一間咖啡店公作, 一直至11 jan 2008 quit左, 咁我到依家都未收到T4, 其實只在一月工作了十一日, 計唔計有T4 ga???

yes, you should have a t4 for 11 days, unless it is a cash job

i should say, as long as you received pay from them, you should receive a t4 from them. do they know your address

they are supposed to give you a T4 by Feb 28th, 2009. if they refuse to give u T4 with lots of excuses...ji suggest you to go to CRA in downtown, they will give u a complaint form to fill in....

Even you don't get the T4, but you can look at the cheque stub you received for that period, you probably can see all the info. you need, like Gross, CPP, EI, and Tax deducted.

我d fd (追)收到佢的T4, 不過d 數都係錯的. 唉

Basically, your accountant knows how to file this. But if you want your record that is accurate reflect in government database, I think you better chase for the T4 and take a look.
