once electricity is generated, it must be consumed, cannot be saved.
So,we turn off our lights for that hour but the plant will not stop to generate, the resutl is ......
I must be naive to think that we can save in such way.

if save, then don't use light at night
stop using earth's materials....then the earth would be safe
