葉劉講均衡參與其實好有道理。
當交稅既人少﹐拿福利既人係多數既時候﹐少數服從多數就會有問題發生。
好容易會令香港變成福利社會。

but u have to understand
when the smaller group hold most of the wealth in the society
it also create problems in society
