話說平時7點鐘開飯,但琴晚6.30pm都未唸掂食咩送,只有飯同菜,本來唸住出去買叉燒,致發現冰櫃有兩件豬扒. 甘得啦,吾洗出街甘麻煩,因為我決定煎豬扒.

最麻煩要溶雪,不過吾難,用暖水浸15分鍾,搞掂!
然後用5分鐘吸乾水分同調味.(淨番10分鍾ja!)

燒紅隻wok再下油,油滾啦,可以落豬扒...

1分鐘,2分鐘,3分鐘,3分半鐘... 反轉目第下...變金黃色啦!

1分鐘,2分鐘,3分鐘...上碟切開目第下裡面,剛剛熟.Perfect!

外面金黃,入面多汁,再點d茄汁,好好味啊! 最後吾洗7點開得飯,老公食到碗底朝天!

It took me some time to resize the pictures, but its fun to share cooking ideas this way. I want to learn more good recipes that are quick and easy,  esp. when I constantly run out of ideas...

I normally marinate meat with:
sugar,
salt,
corn starch,
water (that helps to make the meat softer, and moist),
soy sauce,
chinese wine,
and seasome oil etc...

But recently, I've been told that I shouldn't use salt!? (from TV show)

呢個豬扒只須鹽同黑椒,舖滿兩面,吾洗等,可以直接落wok,落夠鹽就夠味.
豬扒盡量揀厚身.

Thanks for the suggestion on cooking pork chop! i tend to spend too much time on cooking so sometimes i'd rather not to cook. Keep those time saving dishes coming!

99% of the time I cook something really fast. i.e. My goal is to prepare dinner in 30 minutes.

haha Similar here. My rice cooker usually takes 45 min to finish cooking. So I have 45 min to prepare dinner. When the rice cooker beeps, I will "fry" veggies (with other dishes ready and standby) and then eat.

it looks so yummy..... can you post more recipes?
Sometimes, i have problems with frying pork tenderloin.
sometimes, it gets a bit dry or not soft..
maybe you can start a cooking class in LYK
