I have an argument with a friend who said that most people will go to night market for salty foods. I usually like to go for desserts or at least a combination of!

What do you guys eat at the night market? you can be specific and write what you usually get...you can choose up to 3 out of the 4!

今年 night market 既食物 / 攤位不如以往~ 冇邊間吸引到我~ 我剛剛上個禮拜食左咖哩魚蛋, 阿差牌熱辣辣雞蛋仔同埋一杯草莓石頭波霸奶茶

今年冇左糖水攤位....bubble tea 好似得一間?

honestly for me, i would rather use those $ eat a better tapa meal or sth
i would just go for night market's food just for sudden cravings because they r just not worth the price

hahaa.. yea.. kind of dinner la.. went there around 10pm and try the night market food.. quite disappointed gar.. and too much crowd.. i just hate the crowd =_=" i think the 混醬腸粉 was the best one already.. the one @ B & W ah~

yea.. not worth it.. $5 for a box.. me and my bf didnt finish them all.. coz tasteless even added the spicy sauce..

all night market food are so expensive..
even takoyaki is $5 (6 pcs) now.......... omg......... it was $5 for 2 (12pcs)

蝦多士 (very good!! yummy!!)
a combo of 鹽酥雞 and 甜不辣

so yeah, mainly salty stuff...

the caramel milk tea is tooo sweet

i tried the 新疆串燒(lamb) without the Arabic on their sign....quite good, but not as good as the one i had in China....
anyone tried both and want to compare?

深不見底既胃又發功啦。

我多數都係臨收檔先去掃平野，不過今年d人唔多減價所以都係無乜食野。End up都係食左羊肉串燒，碗仔翅，燒賣同炒麵。

by the way，樓主同朋友都幾'有聊'，咁都有得拗。。

糖水舖已經搬左去SABA ROAD。
NIGHT MARKET D 食物係貴，但比著你比成皮幾兩皮租個BOOTH，仲要唔知有幾多日可以開檔，你都會收咁貴。
有無人知今年NIGHT MARKET 可以免費泊車呢。。。不過其實搵街位都唔係難。

最貴應該係對住MINI DONUT 果兩個BOOTH。兩三年前普通FOOD BOOTH已經差唔多 8千幾(淨租金，CORNER 位再貴D)，仲要比INSURANCE，OPERATION LICENSE，GST，消防，HEALTH SAFETY，加電費等等。今年時間長左 (5月至10月)，皮零野應該無走雞。大既BOOTH應該近兩皮。

留意入口，有COUPON比你拿，可以有免費PARKING (IN　ＴＨＥＩＲ　ＰＡＲＫＩＮＧ）架。不過當然係有少少ＱＫ野要做先至有喇。

What I heard is, the rent is cheaper than two years ago.

My fd used to have a booth to sell bubble tea 3 years ago. He told me he 賺 over $50k after paying rent and everything.

taiwanese fried squid - tender not chewy
taiwanese popcorn chicken - bad, too salty and dry
vietnamese 5 color ice - good, I like the coconut juice
sticky rice - so so
korean fish shaped waffle with red bean - good
雞蛋仔 - good

I spent just under $20.
