我同我個朋友係美容閣本來買指早油同hand cream, Sales 話買滿 Anna Sui $85有Gift送 , 個Gift好正,我地當然齊齊買滿$85. Anna Sui 化妝袋, 2 color lip gloss , Mascara , 爽膚水. 個Sales呢日做野超快手,好快幫我地兩個人都簽好單快快手將Gift份放落袋. 我打開份Gift就出事, 無左2 color lip gloss 變左一個好醜樣既 Face Powder Case. 我唔開心既係Sales話2 color lip gloss D色好靚, 好襯我地, 原來一早就無貨, 變左一個好醜樣既 Face Powder Case ,立刻話你就好啦呢個係限量版, 我同我個朋友就係鐘意個2 color lip gloss 先買滿 $85. 2個人2份唔鐘意既Gift,我同佢地退錢或將你Display緊既2 color lip gloss 比我地兩個,又唔得..........咁樣做生意好失望, 希望各位小心美容閣.......呢份Gift仲display 係美容閣門口!!!!!! 小心中招!!!! 如果想買請去Sears買啦!!!服務態度好,份Gift仲好,只要買滿$50,就得啦!今個月仲有送連續5個用月既$10 off coupon.

仲有啊...sears 睇邊個姐姐啦, richmond center 有個貌似korean/japaness 既姐姐都係用同樣手法0黎sell anna sui, 話買滿幾多就有 gift set 包 2 lips sticks and a mini mascara. 因為係個fd 生日, 冇所謂啦. 俾左錢, 佢唔俾set 野我, 0甘我問佢, 佢話冇. 我話佢 lie to me 佢話係我冇留心聽佢講..... 0甘我咪 turn around, asked another counter 姐姐 for refund. 個姐姐問點解要refund, 我直接同佢講話果條女講大話, 又話買滿$60 送果set gift 但轉頭又話冇, 0甘個姐姐話俾返個gift 我, but I told her no points to do it now because it's not just the fact that anna sui counter 既姐姐 lies to me, also the fact that she said I didn't pay attention to what she told me. 我唔係話為份gift... 好似好cheap 甘, 但個姐姐同妳講話買滿有邊d邊d 送, 0甘好正常0者.

oh if it's at sears or the bay (department store), you can fill out an comment card to address the issue. it's an effective way to voice it out. and the manager will really take action and do something about it.

it's very disappointing to hear this kind of customer service in a big store like sears

similar thing happened to me too~

I once went in to look for a perfume for my frd as a birthday gift. A sales approached me and asked what perfume do i normally wear. I was planning to say "Oh, i don't wear perfumes, I'm just looking for one as a gift for my frd"........i didn't even finish my sentence cuz when she heard "Oh, i don't wear perfumes", she immediately gave me a black face. So i just smiled at her and left.

I bought some Dior stuff from them recently. Daisy served me and she was really nice... well of course because I was spending money there. But if just for browsing, I won't enter this store. They make you feel bad for not buying.

講買野我真係好欣賞日本的 SALES﹐買唔買野一樣甘好笑容甘好態度。。。

今次去香港都有難忘的片段﹐有個 (唔記得邊間鋪) SALES﹐在我們看完一輪唔買﹐他居然微笑地說﹕ “遲D經過再來看過吧”。這種不放棄及誠懇的態度﹐使我十分驚訝﹐一般 SALES 當你混吉都唔會說甚麼﹐最多只說﹕ BYEBYE﹐但他真的好成功﹐使人印象難忘。

I used to go here for perming my eye lashes long time ago, i only remember, every single time ago when doing my eye lashes, this girl will keep selling me the product while I am waiting for my eye lashes to be done. She is so pushy!!!!!! and shes not very impressed that I dont buy from her. And she will tell me how my skin is not very good ar etc etc, n try to sell me facial packages.

Your anger may make people think you must be working there! Really, you're even more angry than the ones who originally complained!
And please read every single post carefully, there were complaints about prospective customers being "inched" for not buying stuff. Of course, customers who already bought something have been nicely treated. But the ones who didn't buy anything at that particular moment doesn't mean they didn't want to go back and buy something in the future. It's their rudeness which turn people away.

個D COUNTER姐姐夠唔識呢度COMPLAIN個D女仔啦。。。佢地都係咁搵人笨，一拎轉面就講人壞話。

My friend is also a make up artist/sales at a department store la, but she's not like this to her customers.......

if you hate your job, you shouldn't even take it... once you accept it, you should respect your job and be good to your customers... if your boss pays you too less, you should talk to your boss, not release your anger to customers

When people do not feel being treat right, they can come here to complain; Just as ,Astrogirl, if you feel like you have been treated well, you can come here to give your point too.

People here then can judge who is right and who is wrong.

When people do not feel being treat right, they should just shut up and walk away? Every job is not easy. They are the customers and no matter how much the sales make, they should always treat customers good.

When I went before and got gift with purchase, also were given replacements. Since it happened to so many of us, I wonder if they do that purposly to keep some of these for individual sales or whatever reason or do they really run out as soon as the promotion starts.

well, I simply tell them "wa........ Maria Galand is very pricy. I want something cheaper". "I don't want any gifts"; "I don't want to shop over $80"

So far their service is acceptable. Just need to be prepare to say a lot of "no" when you walk into the store ........ I'm a lazy bone. Too lazy to go to downtown.
