This is the thread I am talking about:

我又睇到其他投訴thread架bor，係咪我仲係新手定係人人都係gum？Right column最新帖子就有呢個thread，但係查看新帖就冇喎！我部腦有bug??????????????

I usually check both "最新帖子" (right column) & "查看新帖" (top middle) to see what's up. But yep, dunno why something appears on the 最新帖子 will not show in 查看新帖. Does admin know about that?

I guess 老友投訴 is mainly for admin viewing only and 無人駕駛 is 18+ and you do not want everyone can easily search them...
