People don't use fake doll, they use their jacket cover the passenger seat. or with Jacket and hat....

I have seen a driver putting jacket on top if bulky stuff to make a fake passenger too, but the driver seemed very curious and kept looking around and touching the passenger "fake" person when he was driving.
