You know what ..  it is funny ..

Back then, I was young teens, I did prefer Misa ..  (well, young teens, usually like OLDER women .. and back then, I thought dating a slightly older lady is cool!)
Also, Misa was in the same field with " Yik Tiu Fat" (kind of his boss) more common ground ...  and Misa is a more mature and charming lady .. and they had experienced life and death (in movie) ...

However ..  now? I pick 明美 !  handsdown!  younger, hotter, and a famous singer!!  LOL

Minmay's daughter, without knowing, started to date Misa's son ...

daimo, I guess both Misa and Minmay make more $ than Ma Fai la...so it's more like 'eat soft rice' lor...LOL

It's impossible in real life...haha...someone be your mistress AND let you eat soft rice? keep dreaming...hm...well, maybe it's possible, like Kung Yu Sum (Siu Tim Tim)?

一條輝 became admiral later la, so he definitely made more $$ than Misa/Lisa.

When I was young, I could not understand at all how 一條輝 could have ditched Minmei. But as I got older, I start to appreciate Misa/Lisa's qualities. Still, between a young, hot superstar, and an average-looking obachan? Minmei wins hands down la~

I was touched by Misa & 一條輝's relationship more la... they have been thru more la...
and towards Minmei, 輝 is more like a fan (as Minmei is like the goddess/dreamgirl of 輝) ...

yeah .. Lisa and 一條輝 are MORE realistic love/romance ..

Aiya .  Lik ..  Daimo .. I really hv no clue about the new Marcoss story wor ..

tell me more la..

Um . . also ..  it wasn't just "3 corners" love ..  but "5 corners" la...

So sad .. I remember I did record all the Marcoss TV ( ATV edition )  but .. my mom threw them away la..

(I still hv the DVD/VCD japanese version, however, ATV version back then was very good la.. many big casting !!)

then the 2 lovers fell in love ... afterwards they realized that they were siblings ... the son almost committed suicide .... but then ... Lisa revealed that actually the son was not 一條輝's son .... so the 2 lovers were back together again ... but then ... out of nowhere ... the gal was diagnosed with leukemia ....

Where is she now ?? I know once a while, still see her in Japan TV .. but .... still .. sings macross songs .. ( people only remember she is Minmay)

Isn't the latest Macross series "Macross Frontier"? There isn't Max, although there is a pretty attractive Meltlandi pilot. However, her story is tragic...

Anything I think the "later" series is Macross 7. Max did marry Milia (the Meltlandi giant pilot) and they have 7 daughters and adopted 1 more. Kinda wonder why Max and Milia always have daughters and no son.

Not too long ago .. I watched her TV series .. ( Ballet C9 .. something like that ) of course, songs were by her ..

Tofu .. yes ar .. I still remember .. even 2X yr ago .. well ... my brain .. all kind of MEMORY ... back then, Bought a lots of Macross books/magazines etc .. from sogo/Mitsukusi ... Sigh .. if my mom didn't throw them away .. they worth lots of money now la!!!

中森明菜 was much much better than any of her rivals at the time. too bad she was ruined ... lesson learned ... don't love the guy who doesn't deserve it ...

You may find them in the shop at Aberdeen. I think the desdroids are not big sellers though so you may have to dig them up at Ebay. And, they are not cheap. They are worth the same price as the transformable VF-1, I have heard.
