當你在家有乜唔做得? When you at home what you can't do?

1) 不能有任何聲音, 因有人將屋企當成office, home business, 聲音會嘈住佢. 一個星期七日,一日二十四小時都是辦公時間.
Don't make any noise!  He is running home office at home. You disturb him if you make any noise.  His office hours is 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

2) 不能同一時間用水, 屋企有多個bath room, 同一時間用水,佢沖涼覺得水力唔夠勁,佢就開大個水製. 開水侯D水似waterfall咁, 水費唔洗佢比有乜所為.

3) 不能入sitting room, 佢放了很多嘢在那裡,你不能進sitting room, 佢會唔高興,佢覺得你會挍佢的嘢!

4) 不能用 Refrigerator, we got a new refrigerator recently.  Do not touch it.  You will broke it. He doesn't like you touch it.

系屋企都要受呢種氣既當時人通常會系：

1. 人家的媳婦
2. 人家的弟婦/阿嫂
3. 寄人籬下的親戚

我覺得呢個可能性大o的

well, it's not too bad:

1) 不能有任何聲音
therefore 有人打電話黎搵佢, 拿起聽筒唔好出聲, 等對方冇癮自己收線

2) 不能同一時間用水
therefore, 佢沖涼你咪o係另一個 washroom 用完唔好沖水

3) 不能入sitting room
therefore go back to your room 咪好囉, 唔駛對住佢

4) 不能用 Refrigerator
therefore咪由得食淨o的食物放o係抬面 or kitchen counter top囉~
天氣炎熱, 睇下o的食物幾時臭?

講你都唔信, 我仲未婚, 我亞媽重男輕女,佢出入都要人車出車入,個位人兄極都變態,佢唔高興就唔理亞媽. 佔有慾極強, 我亞媽同我講嘢,佢唔高興. 家裡的事我不能過問,就算我問都唔會講. 跟住話比所有親朋好友知我唔理屋企的事. 其實我亞媽鍾意對住個仔唔鍾意對住我. 是我有問題嗎?

相反, 做人媳婦就唔同啦! 好的留番佢食, 好的比佢用, 星期六日瞓到中午起床, 佢話點就點. 最緊要佢地高興.
I am nothing.

如果係自己阿媽真係冇野好講, 係我既話我會搬出去住, 一了百了

但如果你話你媽媽係重男輕女, 呢o的 story 都聽唔少

但不知她可否記得她自己也曾是別人的女兒啊..........

信~ 我父母咪重男輕女囉~我幾年前既遭遇同你差唔多~不過唔係細路鬧我~ 係阿媽由朝鬧到我晚~ 家務全部都要做~洗衫洗碗抹地洗廁所都係我~ 我細路一D都唔洗郁~ 同埋我個陣時仲係要番學番工~ D家務係要回家晚上做架~~ 所以門禁係9點前~ 唔早番點做得切呀~~ 唔通阿媽幫我做咩? D碗碗碟碟係由早餐堆到晚餐等我放工番屋企先洗架~ 仲要份糧要全部俾晒~ (所以我要打多一份工俾自己洗)~ 唔做家務唔俾錢屋企會俾人鬧“D人呀~自私自利架~乜都唔願做幫屋企~當依到係酒店呀~~” 唔洗番工要做過佢起身~ 即是8點前~ 放假緊係要打掃屋企啦~

但係你唔出聲係唔會有所改變的~ 依家我阿媽對我好番好多~ 都覺得以前對我過分左D~ 因為要了解溝通先可以建立番D好既關係~ 要等她知道~個女大個~自己可以獨立~其實已經唔洗靠父母~無添佢地麻煩已三生有幸~ 幫手做家務係唔想媽咪辛苦但唔一定要係mandatory既~ 你唔出聲關係唔會好轉~ 我自己亦唔係一個好識表達自己既人~因此以前同阿媽關係好差~但我相信時間係可以證明一齊既~ 如果你自己儘心儘力對個屋企~一定會睇得到﹗ 我用左大概三年多既時間黎改變我阿媽既想法~ (當然係我男友幫不停幫我踱橋啦~)

老實講~我以前都諗住move out算~ 但我係D家庭觀念超重既人~ 我放唔底屋企~所以朋友叫我走我都無走~ 話我仲乜留係屋企日日俾人鬧~犯賤~ 但我覺得最後係無決定錯~話晒都係親生阿媽~其實心入面都係緊你既~ 你諒解你媽咪~ 搵日同你阿哥/細路傾下~睇下有D 咩誤會?

happen to many chinese families la.  but your situation is kind of worst.
my mum believes guy doesn't know how to do housework and take care himself is normal, since he is a guy.  so i need to do all housework.  as 小叻 mentioned, you need to talk to your mum to have the problem solve.  my mum is much better now, since i educated her for years.
move out is an option.  i moved out before and our relationship started to get better at that time.  at least "no need to see each other everyday ma"

My mom believe that a girl need to know how to do all housework, including: assembling furnitures, moving heavy stuffs, shuffling the snow, changing light bulbs, etc... In the same time, a girl should keep up with her appearance - stay pretty to keep her man.

And a man should concentrate on making money and bring money home.

As a result, my bro didn't need to do any housework, and complain about my housework is not done prefectly.

But for some reason, I still have to bring money home, even I am doing housework. And I would send money home even during the time I was not living at home.

Don't get me wrong, my mom loves me alot. She is kinda 重男輕女, or I should say more traditional. I cannot say she is wrong, nor get mad at her. It is because that's what she expect herself too...
