A friend of mine went to this cooking class in April. She said she enjoyed it. Well.....$15 bucks, you learn 4 dishes and lots of souvenir (she brought back a 8kg bag of rice and some other stuffs I fogot)....and they are organizing it again. The theme of the class my friend attended was about "pumpkin". There was a pumpkin soup, pumpkin cake, pumpkin sushi, and pumpkin煎餅 (kind of like those 蠔烙). For this time, the theme is 有營煮食....I have no idea what that is, but looking at those sponsors, I guess it may be "seafood-related". Hope that helps.

ya! my mom went that pumpkin thing! after that, i eat a lot pumpkin recently ^^ but i like Goo's fried pumpkin egg =P

i went! found out about it here so thx for posting..
i thought it was quite fun... we learned 4 dishes: soy sauce chicken, ginger rice, pizza with a twist and a curry seared scallop with spinach jello

first he demonstrated all the dishes in the front of the class, then we separated into 4 groups and each group made 2 dishes and then we shared all the food... i'm happy we had a chance to move around and do some cooking

also got some gifts from their sponsors to make the dishes at home...

I attend the class as well and brought back home with:

brown rice, pizza dough, voucher for box of scallop and chicken

Yes the class is in Cantonese.

hey i just learn there will be class at November. they will put ad on Ming Pao and the cooking magazine on Friday. my friend registered their online membership and got $5 off for the cooking class...which is $20 originally...

i want to learn to make dessert....wonder if they will teach...

I saw that the new cooking class for Dec of Ming Pao has already started online registration. It seems like they only accept fan club member for the cooking class, but the membership is free!
